Welcome to the home of Wimbledon Energy Assessors. We provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's), which are required for both sales and lettings for all properties.
You will not be allowed to market your property without the EPC being in place.
The EPC is valid for ten years for both sales and lettings.

Your EPC survey will take approximately 45 minutes and we aim to deliver the completed EPC to you on the same day.

Our goal is to offer an efficient, professional and speedy service to all clients in the domestic property market in the areas of South West London and North East Surrey.
We are fully qualified and accredited Independent Energy Assessors trained and qualified to industry standards; hold all Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance and you can be assured of professionalism, quality assurance and peace of mind.
Simply instruct us by phone, email or the online form with the property details. We will conduct the Survey, lodge the report and aim to have it back to you the same day.

EPC done for £55 on properties up to and including 4 Bedrooms. For larger properties contact us for a costing.
